The HY-1000-HE, is a 1000 Gallon Hydro Seeding System that is both a Mechanical and a Jet agitated unit.  It is available as both a skid type and a pull type system. It will seed 13000 square feet per load. It is equipped with an 13 H. P. Honda electric start engine that is directly coupled to a 3" X 3" high volume centrifugal pump and an 13 H.P. Honda electric start engine that drives an aggressive mixing paddle. 

The HY-1000-HE combines the best advantages of mechanically agitated units with the best advantages of jet units.    The aggressive paddles allow you to easily mix even the most  difficult products such as 100% wood and BFM's (Bonded Fiber Matrix)   The poly tank allows much faster clean up and will eliminate the major problem with many mechanical units, "Rust"   The unit also incorporates a jet mixing action that eliminates the dead spot many mechanically agitated units have.    The HY-1000-E, like a jet unit offers far superior trimming ability to many mechanical units. 

The HY-1000-HE comes with 100' of 1 1/2" discharge hose with free flow couplings, a  gun and three nozzles ( 1 wide hydro seeding nozzle, 1 straight distance nozzle, and 1 trim nozzle). The empty weight of the unit is 2200 pounds. the loaded weight is 10,000 pounds. the physical dimensions are 88"W x 150"L x 108"H. The size of the skid frame on this unit is 61"W x 150"L.

The HY-1000-HE is ideal for someone doing residential and commercial seeding with average jobs of 10,000 to 40,000 square feet. It is capable of handling much larger jobs. When hydroseeding large areas, a seeding rate of 5 acres per day is possible with a good water source. Material is applied at approximately 50 G.P.M with the hose and  100  G.P.M. with the platform gun.    Mixing time is 2-20 minutes depending on material. This unit comes with 100' of 1 1/2" discharge hose with free flow couplings. It will easily handle an extra 150' of hose. The spray distance with the straight nozzle is approximately 45'. The spray distance with an platform gun is 100'.

Typically materials used in one load would be 8 bales of hydroseeding mulch, the appropriate amount of seed for 13,000 sq. ft. (any seed will work in hydroseeding), and the appropriate fertilizer for 13,000 square feet (liquid, water soluble, or granular).
