The HS-50-M is the world's first modular Hydro Seeding System.  It assembles quickly from 3 parts, each light enough to be hand carried.  The modular system can be transported by passenger elevator, pack mule, dog sled, loader bucket, by hand or in the trunk of a car.  If the challenge is seeding a penthouse apartment, and enclosed courtyard or a mountain top, we have the solution.

The HS-50-M is a 50 Gallon hydroseeding system. It will seed 650 square feet per load. It is equipped with an 4 H. P. Honda engine that is directly coupled to a 2" X 2" high volume centrifugal pump. The unit comes with 35' of 1 1/4" discharge hose, a gun and three nozzles ( 1 wide hydroseeding nozzle, 1 straight distance nozzle, and 1 trim nozzle). The empty weight of the unit is 105 pounds. the loaded weight is 595 pounds.

 Material is applied at approximately 30 G.P.M. Time to spray a complete tank is about 2 minutes. Mixing time is 2-5 minutes depending on material. This unit comes with 50' of discharge hose. It will easily handle an extra 50' of hose. The spray distance with the straight nozzle is approximately 40'. The spray distance with an Area/Volume kit (2" cannon) is 60'.

Typically materials used in one load would be 15 pounds of hydro seeding mulch, the appropriate amounts of seed for 650 square feet (any seed will work in hydroseeding), and the appropriate fertilizer for 650 square feet (liquid, water soluble, or granular).
