HYDRO SEEDING SYSTEMS

The HS-300-E series combines great performance, unmatched reliability and easy operation at a very affordable price.   This combination has let it become the most popular hydro seeding unit in the world.   Unlike competitive units that say their (similar?) models are just suitable for tacking and light mixes this is a high performance hydro seeding unit that will mix a great slurry in minutes and produce a sod quality lawn in a short time.

The HS-300-E series units have a powerful jet agitation.  They use two 2" jets mounted parallel to the sides of the tank with a 333 GPM flow shooting out those jets which creates a strong rolling action that will mix a full load of materials in less than a minute.   All passages are large and have few bends which almost totally eliminates the potential for clogs.   The pumps are on the HS-300-E and EH are 72 PSI, 333 GPM and were designed specifically for hydro seeding.  These reliable pumps have more flow and pressure than competitive units.  They are directly coupled to the engine.  Excluding the engine, the only moving parts on the unit are the impeller in the pump and ball valves.  The two large 2" mixing jets have over 6 times the mixing power of some competitive units.   Unlike some competitive units pressure going to the gun can be regulated.   This added control allows easy and precise trimming when seeding close to houses, walks and mulch beds.  Turbo Turf systems outperform others on the market and are the best system you can buy. 

Seeding open areas is fast.  Our newest units are capable of seeding two more loads a day compared to our older models and competitive units.  Easier operation, better trimming and faster seeding of open areas put Turbo Turf's level of performance head and shoulders above the competition.   Operating a Turbo Turf is a one man operation and so easy that a new operator can be seeding like a pro in a very short time.

The HS-300E and HS-300-EH come have a custom molded tank with a molded in bale tray to help minimize material spilling as it is added to the unit.  The HS-300-E8 has an oval tank without the bale hopper.    All units have front fork slots for easy loading and unloading from a trailer or truck.   All units come ready to operate with 100' of 1 1/4" I.D. hose mounted on hose holders on the side of the tank and with three nozzles,  (standard hydroseeding, trim and distance).   

The HS-300-E is ideal for a landscaper doing residential and commercial seeding with average jobs of 5,000 to 20,000 square feet. It is capable of handling much larger jobs, When doing larger jobs a seeding rate of up to 2 acres per day is possible with a good water source. Material is applied at approximately 30 G.P.M. Time to spray a complete tank is 10 - 15 minutes. Mixing time is 1-20 minutes depending on material.

It is also popular for golf courses with remodeling projects, pipeline companies, schools, construction companies, parks departments and anyone with areas to seed.
